We are currently hiring and have open positions for Automotive Technicians as well as Service Clerks at both of our locations in Bluffton and Decatur, Indiana. We started off doing transmission and driveline repairs, but we now provide full-service auto repair at both of our shops. We are looking for highly skilled technicians to join our team and we offer sign on bonuses and highly competitive pay plans that we are certain will grab your attention. Our shops are both fully air conditioned, so no more grueling summers in the heat. Also, we are open Monday-Friday and do not work weekends, so you can spend your weekends doing what you love to do. We offer paid time off as well for all of our team members, so you can get those vacations planned with the family that you have been putting off.

Automotive Technician
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance and repairs on vehicles to include but not limited to:
- Transmission & drive trains
- Engines
- Steering & Suspension
- Brakes
- Starting & Charging
- Heating & Air Conditioning
- Routine Maintenance
- Other General Automotive Services & Repairs
- May Include Overtime Opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must be customer-oriented
- Must have valid Indiana driver’s license
Compensation: Competitive, Based On Experience
Service Advisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Maintains an efficient and productive appointment schedule
- Responsible for writing and closing repair orders
- Responsible for ordering parts and maintaining an accurate inventory
- Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must be customer-oriented
- Must have valid driver’s license
